ORATORY
kay, so this came to me in the shower but i like, have it ready. it's like in my mind and i'm ready to "drive" with it.
TOPIC: our society speeds "us" into having responsibility, and it creates stress.
VEHICLE: driving. to our destination. we need to learn how to overcome circumstances, and not dwell on the past.
i want to touch people w/ this oratory. i want to move them..
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:31 PM) : how our society
sakuranbogirl10 (11:02:31 PM) : ahahaha
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:33 PM) : moves SO fast
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:34 PM) : that responsibility
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:36 PM) : is pushed too fast
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:40 PM) : and sometimes that leads to hard experiences
sakuranbogirl10 (11:02:43 PM) : yup
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:43 PM) : but what we really need to do is just..
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:43 PM) : drive.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:49 PM) : b/c to get from point a..
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:50 PM) : you have to DRIVE
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:53 PM) : to get to point.. amazing.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:02:54 PM) : asdkfjasdlkfjasdf
sakuranbogirl10 (11:02:57 PM) : ahahahaha
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:00 PM) : i am grateful and blessed that i have never been part of a car accident.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:07 PM) : i am grateful and blessed that my family has never been part of a car accident.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:27 PM) : i am grateful and blessed that my friends and their families, are safe and have not been part of a car accident.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:35 PM) : although i do not know your story, or the situation you had to overcome
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:46 PM) : i will tell you that the only way to move on is to drive.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:53 PM) : we have to DRIVE, we have to go forward
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:05:58 PM) : from our experiences
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:06:08 PM) : to become better people. to serve a better life. to learn to the fullest.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:06:37 PM) : it's hard to overcome the trauma, but when you do, you truly learn from the situation. and the experience you gain is wisdom that you will have forever.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:06:41 PM) : so all you have to do is.. drive.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:07:36 PM) : and like for my solution thing
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:07:41 PM) : i've got a foolproof plan
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:07:52 PM) : So to fix our fast-paced society, we have to learn how to slow down.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:07:53 PM) : But how?
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:07:55 PM) : Three easy steps.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:08:03 PM) : Check the driver stick, because it has all of it on it.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:08:06 PM) : P, R, and D.
sakuranbogirl10 (11:08:15 PM) : AND NEUTRAL
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:08:32 PM) : P. Plan. We have to plan things out so we don't rush ourselves, and leave us with more stress. We have to practice this so we can develop a strong habit of staying in the safe lane. [slow lane?]
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:09:11 PM) : R. We have to reflect our expereinces and learn from them. We need to return back to a calmer state, and truly realize how fast our society has gone.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:09:12 PM) : and D.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:09:48 PM) : We have to dedicate ourselves to learning from our experiences. We need to determine what is fast.. and what is slow. And we have to drive. We just need to drive, and pace ourselves forward.. to our destination. Drive.. to our.. destiny.
TaiwaneseDude9 (11:09:50 PM) : asklfdjalskdjasdf ? :]
so yeah. there we go..
so yeah. there we go..

I rather like the P, R, and D idea. Good luck with your oratory.
