february 29.

the day that comes every four years.

FOUR years. it's quite a change. the length of high school. it's the length of college. a lot can happen in four years.

and.. i wonder what will happen to me?

on february 29, i was happy. sure, states had its downs during day 1 -- but on the way back, i was happy. i was sitting in a car with my friends, we were talking about stuff, and we were all just .. feeling the love. i was sitting by my .. best friend, and we were having a great time.

... but, will we? in 4 years?

i'll be a sophomore in college, God knows where, in what financial position, what educational position and background, don't know my relationship status, whether i'll be a virgin or not (probably the former, tehe!), and if i'm still enjoying my life.

will i stay in touch with these so called best friends? will some just fade away and become quick "happy birthday" facebook posts once a year?

will any of them go to college WITH me?

what will olyvia look like?! will my parents still be healthy? and what about my grandparents?

hopefully, i will remember this post on feb. 29, 2012. even though you reading it, may not. and you might. because you might just be there with me. on february 29, 2012.

i don't know what's to come, but i don't know i'll have some fun;
come alive, learn a thing or two, i wonder if i'll ever see you.. again.
