goodbye september

as september finishes off its last day of 2008, i think i've learned a few things.

* really appreciate how fast time goes by. my sister turned 2 sunday and it feels like she's been here forever. i can't even remember the time when she had short, baldish hair. now she's a pretty, cute, talking little girl. and i love her.

* study. especially in biology or it will bite you.

* sleep. yeah. just do it.

* organize your priorities. i think this was my major "fail" of the month/year so far. i didn't really know how to organize all my committments and my grades slipped but hope is starting to come out on top.

september is ending, and i feel ready for october. i won wake forest [ohmygaw no way!] in oratory, i am ready to campaign for governor after pawley's and i'm just ready to take on the world.

while keeping my grades in tip-top shape, i hope.

speaking of which, i've gotta study calculus, apus and french. off we go!
