goodbye sophomore year

so today (june 2, 2008) was our official last day of school. last exam: chemistry. i was bouncing up and down against the walls because i was so happy. the exam itself wasn't too bad, and i'm pretty confident that i got a 100. awesome stuff.

took some pictures of course, and then went on to saffron with carrie, david, alex, judy, and paavan. t'was fun and then we went to B&N and got into an engaging conversation about pikachu and manga. good stuff.

then went to costco, saw some familiar faces, bought some frozen berries (MMM) and then took a 6 hour nap. guess it's a way of saying "see ya sophomore year and your 2am nights."

anyways, things that i will miss from sophomore year:
- seeing judy, reina, sravya and ming in every class every day. we really did have some great times this year.
- getting to school in the morning with the "HEY GARY" and being greeted with hugs, etc. etc. feeling the love is great. [hi carrie!]
- the typical locker situation where srav, judy and i stay at our lockers till 8:25 b/c srav's so slow and then carrie comes to say hi and then we can finally go walk to mr. rogers' class.
- the american idol conversations on the way to rogers, during wall's, and in howard's class every wednesday and thursday.
- stats class and the random doodles with nidhi
- staying in stats like three minutes after the bell rings on test days cause everyone's just so stressed out.
- french.. err. i will miss ms. wall's "ZUT's" and random anger-management problems. oh, and jose's slamming the door lmao.
- pre-cal will probably be one of the classes i'll really miss because though the class sucked, the "class" itself like, rocked. talked so much with angie, paavan, reina and judy in that class, it was awesome. ranging from forensics, to yig, to just random conversations! great class, i'll miss it. oh and doing work it in the class too, haha.
- will definitely miss the sophomore-only lunch. it's been great with angelica, reina, and sravya.
- chemistry.. hm, i'll miss an hour of nappage. but aside from that, the class kinda sucked. oh, and southpark mario.. i'll surely miss that.. :]
- ENGLISH. goh i will miss learning SO much from this class. ms. thompson really is like, best english teacher ever and it sucks that the rising sophomores won't have the opportunity to have her as a teacher. i will miss journals, and just everyday: we have homework in english, but still knowing that we learned from it.!
- government was okay. i will miss mr. paddenburg a lot, really liked him as a teacher and he sided with us all the time in econ. econ sure was a hilarious class.. THATS GOING ON FACEBOOK. and random lukas laughs, and shatarri and so much great stuff. and jason and sravya like commenting on everything happening, we sure had awesome times.
- compsci.. i will miss the last few weeks of it, because then it was less code. i will miss the freedom of having a computer though, haha. and i will miss schematics and forensics conversations w/ angelica, as well as just random things with angela.
- forensics: definitely will miss this. i had an awesome year with forensics this year and i wanna keep it up. :D
- a-team: i'll miss the a-team before it got really like.. different. north greenville ftw.
- YIG: i will miss this dearly, it's probably one of the best things that happened sophomore year. so much love..
- student council: roooofl. i'll miss.. being yelled at.. for talking.. err.. XDD

specifics..
- i will miss judy in 1st and 3rd periods.
- and sravya in 2nd, 5th, and 6th.
- and maryjo in 2nd and 4th.
- and angela in 3rd, 5th and 7th.
- and reina in 3rd, 4th, and 7th.
- and nidhi in 1st and 7th.
- and paavan in 3rd!
- and ming in 3rd and 4th.
- and stephanie in 2nd!
- and angelica at lunch and in 7th.
- and tricia 4th and 5th.
- well, i'll miss everyone. but those are the people that made going to the periods just that much more worth it!

it's been a good year, but now it's over and time to move on. :)

junior year in 78 days. [yay for carrie and i figuring this out! LOL]
